I have read all the Henchmen, Stars Landing, Surrogate and Scars but I cannot recall who the Grassis are especially in the Henchmen series... Do I need to go back and re-read? I know you will continue that storyline in Renny but tell me I am not losing my mind.

The Grassi family has been mentioned on and off in The Henchmen, Savages, and Mallick books (as well as the upcoming "367 Days"). Antony, Luca, Matteo Grassi. They own the restaurant several of the characters in Navesink Bank have eaten at called Famiglia. They also are said to be in the mob and "run the docks".
Janie goes to visit them when she was trying to get Wolf out of jail.
Elsie admits to having gone on a date with Luca.
Shane takes Lea to Famiglia for dinner where the waitress "eye-fucks" Shane.
They've been only mentioned here and there in passing so you're not losing your mind. They just haven't been super prominent in any of the storylines.
