Hi Derek, thanks for your question, and I'm glad you enjoyed my books so much! BLADES OF SPRING is my official name for the fourth book, but ultimately my publisher controls the titles, so it may change sometime between now and the publication date.
I got the idea for the ASHFALL series from reading another book, Bill Bryson's A Short History of Nearly Everything. I get almost all my ideas from reading other people's books.

hows the 4th book coming now? i am a sophomore at BHS i went to RHS my freshman year an actually missed when you visited which was disappointing due to the fact before this i hadn't read a full book in a while and soon as i started ash fall in my class i finished all 3 books before my class got halfway done with 1st its an amazing series!!!!
