Connie Suttle It refers to Gabron's pleasure workers staking Roff in Blood Rebellion (#7), and his failing to see that they'd become addicted to the bite. They'd been attempting to kill Lissa at the time. Then, he hired in a new worker, who recorded her training sessions with Gabron, and those recordings were distributed across the Alliance, making Lissa a laughing stock. Hope that helps :)
