Erika Foster is so real as a character. She is flawed, which makes her so much more human. How did you come up with such a complex character? She has grown through the series, but she was so multi-layered right from the start. Did you model her after anyone?

Hi Jody, thanks for your comment. I love that you love Erika. I know some readers have struggled with her flaws, which is fair enough, but I wanted to make her a complex believable character. She started out being based on a couple of people I know, but over the course of the three books she has taken on a life of her own - Rob xx
