Bent Hansen
Bent Hansen asked Robert Dugoni:

Hey Bob, In "In the Clearing", a couple of police officers in one of the 1976 sections (approx. pg. 118) make a bet, after which one of them says something like "Remember to bring your credit card". It struck me as an anachronism, because I wouldn't think that credit cards were that common back then as e.g. checks. Did you do research into this? Just a detail, but that's where the devil is... Best, Bent

Robert Dugoni Sorry for the delay. You know, I didn't think of that. Were credit cards not around in 1976? Have to look into this. Now I'm curious.
