I am from Japan, and "Into Deep Waters" is one of my favorites among your work (hard to choose because they are all great.) Have you ever thought about having it translated into Japanese?

Maybe? In a general sense, I've had inquiries about translation other books of mine. I will have the Life Lessons series coming out in Italian in 2017. Translations are a bit scary, because I can't tell how well my words and thoughts have been rendered in a new language, to be placed under my name.
For Into Deep Waters I'd have two hesitations - one the fact that in this book Japan is the enemy in the WWII narrative, and in being true to the time period my guys don't think kindly of "Japs". Also, it's a free story and a translation would have to be for money, to pay for the work. But if someone with a history of doing good work was interested I'd sure give it some thought.
