I have just started reading, From Dead to Worse. You mention this was written around the time of Katrina. Did Katrina change the story line?

Charlaine Harris Not really. But I didn't feel I could omit such a huge event from Sookie's timeline. It would have been a disservice to the people of Louisiana.
