Hi! I read the complete series to the House of Night. I honestly hated when I finished one of the books and had to wait another year for the next installment to it. But the wait is always worth it! Planning on reading some of your other works soon. My question is; What began your interest in Fantasy writing? Also, what is your favorite book that you have written so far?

P.C. Cast Hi Danielle! I began writing fantasy because I always write the book I most want to read, and fantasy/paranormal books are often my favorites. And they're fun to write!

The favorite book question is really hard to answer. It's like asking which of my fur babies is my favorite (I only have one child, so she's ALWAYS my favorite!). My answer about my fur babies is whichever is currently behaving the best, so I'll use that to answer your question, too! I just finished SUN WARRIOR, the book that follows MOON CHOSEN, and I love love love that book, so I'll say it's currently my favorite. Of all my books, DIVINE BY MISTAKE is probably my favorite.

I have read the house of night series that you've written, and absolutely loved it!! I read them when I was still in high/middle school and have read them again as a young adult, and I still love the series. My question is where did you get the creativity/imagination, and inspiration to write about all these books? P.S I'm excited to read your latest release Moon-Chosen.
