Being a writer is satisfying because when I'm writing, I am doing something I was meant to do. Literature was part of my childhood from day one. Both my parents are writers. They both read to me when I was little, and encouraged me in my writing when I got older.
That early encouragement is a big reason why I'm comfortable with being a writer, and why it's satisfying. I think the best thing about it is being able to communicate to other people. It's also an awesome feeling when I find that someone liked what I wrote!
