As far as I can tell there is no continuation of this story. Incredibly annoying. Why put a cliffhanger there if you're never going to finish telling it?

As of 2023, there are 7 books in the Mickey Haller series (The Lincoln Lawyer) & he hasn't come back to this case. But there are 37 Harry Bosch Universe books, so if the bracelet led Harry anywhere, it would more likely be in that series.

I had the same question. Just finished this book, loved it, and searched high and low to see if there is a pick up on this story line in any other Bosch universe story and can't find it.
I also was intrigued by that seemingly random part "ranger" sorting through some trash that Harry surprised. Something about that guy....
BTW it is hard to track the universe in order in GR. Or at least I haven't figured out how.

The next book apparently is called "The Fifth Witness". I hope this is helpful. :)

It depends on whether you are reading just the Mickey Haller series or the Harry Bosch series as separate reads or reading all the books of the author as they are released. The author admits, that he tries to keep these two characters separated except when their paths cross because their worlds are not part of the same circle, but they are related to each other through their father as half-siblings, which backstory has nothing to do with their current lifestyle situations.
On that note, there are at present time (6/30/2022) six books so far in the Mickey Haller series, so the next book #4 is The Fifth Witness

As far as I can tell that cliffhanger is still alive. Both characters have had books after both separately and together. I’m gonna keep reading. Hopefully he goes back to it someday

I can't figure out why it's so hard to find what the next books title is after The Reversal. It was a well written book and kept my interest and very clever to leave us hanging on the last page. So there's got to be another book!! What is it??
