I am looking forward to reading this book. I was just wondering if I should read this after reading the author's previous book - Carry On, Warrior. Are they both connected and is this one a sequel to the other book? I really like to read in order even if it has only a few moments overlapping.

Tracy K I don't think you have to read them in order. I believe the first book is more in an essay fashion. And possibly some of her blogs.
Eliza I read both. This focuses on the break down of her marriage and her own internal journey since the first book. You do not need to read them both, could read in either order, but the first one is more about stories up until this particular journey in her life.
Patricia I hadn't read the first book and I don't think it interfered with reading this one.
Laura This book definitely can stand on its own. The first two chapters explain her background and struggles, then the beginning of her marriage and how it progresses or breaks down. The third section, which honestly I felt had insights that could be applied to a wide variety of personal struggles not just marriage or addiction or bulimia. The author's revelations illuminate her own breakthroughs to healing.
Tiff I haven't read the first book, but the synopsis sounds like the same story in a different format
