The hype and reviews surrounding this book remind me of the release of Eat Pray Love. Everyone loved it, but I really did not love it. Is this book of the same ilk? Do you think I will enjoy this book if I did not like Eat Pray Love?

Lacey No. I don't think you will like this book. I read EPL after all the praise and did not like it either. This one was okay in the beginning but I'm starting to feel annoyed with her.

Tracy K I love this book. I inhaled it. I finished it last night and I'm having trouble picking up another book right now because every other book feels like a let down compared to this. With that said all I read is nonfiction and memoirs. I also really enjoyed EPL. And having my own marital issues means I resonated with this book. I'd have to know why you didn't like EPL in order to better answer your question. The books are similar in the sense they both are able self discovery.
