Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Nikki Bennett THE TROUBLE WITH DEAD PEOPLE, which will be published this fall, came from a dream I had. I remember that, but I don't remember what the dream was. But a good portion of the book revolves around caving, which I enjoy (in fact, caves managed to sneak into most of my books), also ghosts and a curse, Oak Island, and the end of the world.
