Hm. I'm definitely more of a cat person than a dog person. But I'm pretty sure that 13 hyper intelligent kittens would never willingly submit to anyone's command (and would likely destroy the world). Plus the other option has a magic broom. So I'm going with the dogs+falcon+pikachu+broom combo.
