Hi! You're one of my favorite authors and I actually got to meet you in Texas. (That made me so happy :) ) I was wondering if you may ever come out to somewhere international (singapore!). Also if you could choose one character out of Biana Keefe Dex Fitz Sophie Tam Linh and Marella to be real who would you choose?

Hooray for us getting to meet in Texas! That makes ME happy, too. Especially since international travel for authors is...rare. It does happen sometimes (my French publisher actually brought me to Paris for a festival last year) but it definitely doesn't happen as often since it's so much more expensive for my publisher to travel me internationally. So all I can say is, 'hopefully someday they decide to."
As for your other question--gah, I don't think I can choose. Honestly? I wouldn't want any of my characters to be real--only because I let so many awful things happen to them and put them through so many scary situations that I'm sure if they ever met me, they'd want to punch me (and I wouldn't blame them!)

Have you ever written fanfiction? Have you ever read any fanfiction of your books? If so, did you like the ideas or not so much? P.S. I love KEEPER and I'm making my best friend read it. I'm super envious of how all-around awesome you are and your ability to write Keefe as funny as he is. (I have a huge book crush on him, not gonna lie.)

Sorry I know I already asked a question, but I had one more that I just HAD to ask; Have you ever thought about writing a side series to the Keeper of that Lost Cities series, about Grady's daughter? Like what was happening with her and everything before Sophie came into the picture. It'd probably have a sad ending because she dies (not Sophie, Grady's daughter) and everything, but have you ever considered it?

Hiya, so as I was rerererereading the Sky Fall series in order to get ready for Let the Wind Rise, I wondered how you came up with the specific wind commands, like how to call an Easterly or Northerly or Westerly or Southerly? And then I wondered how you even came across the idea of basically personificating the wind? Or pretty much what was your inspiration for this series? Lol
