Hello! I like your Vorkosigan Saga stories very much. But did not find any Ukrainian translations of them. Do you have any official Ukrainian translations? And if you do not have any yet, than are you OK if I 'll translate the "Shards of Honor" for the beginning? Thanks! Best Regards, Eugene Bitukov.
Lois McMaster Bujold
No, I don't have any Ukrainian translations.
The rights to do translations have to be licensed by the publishing company that plans to bring the book/s out, and they usually hire their own translators. (Naturally, since a publisher will be investing considerable up-front resources in this task, which they hope to make back by sales, they expect their license to be exclusive.)
So, alas, probably not OK unless you represent and are speaking for a publisher, in which case you/they should contact my agent. Sorry!

Thank you, I just finished the Flowers of Vashnoi and loved it, as all the Vorkosigan books. Please carry on writing them :). Some authors spoil things when they go on and on but yours continue to delight. I loved Gentleman Jolie too. Not really a question, more a hope?

In your review of Heaven's Official Blessing Vol 1, you had wondered which word was translated as "Jeeze!". The word was likely もう mou, which literally means an acknowledgment of a change of state, with a connotation of surprise. The translator of Ascendance of a Bookworm, Quof, defended "Geez" on J-Novel Club Forums. My questions are: Have you interacted with any translators of your work? If so, what was it like?

So, I'm a huge fan of your Vorkosigan series, and I can't wait for Gentleman Jole. That siad, one of the bits that intrigues me so much about the series are all the little asides and pieces of Barrayaran history. I know you've said your not interested in writing war stories, but would you ever consider writing something placed before or at the first contact with the galactic community after the Time of Isolation?
