I have seen authors that say that though their books are about young adults the books are not necessarily for young adults. Who do you write your books for, i.e., intended audience?

Katie Crouch My literary fiction is for readers 18 and up. They are, indeed, about young people, but the topic is the peril of youth, and those dark scenes are not intended for a young audience. The Magnolia League Series is intended for 13 and up. Thanks so much for asking.
