How do you deal with writer’s block?

R.P. Andrews I plot out all of my books on a grid and jot down key attributes of my characters, both personality and appearance, and let it all percolate in my head for a while – weeks, maybe months – before I sit down and just write. So I’m usually pretty prepared to get some kind of draft down on paper. And even I think it sucks in the beginning, I keep plowing through till the creative streak suddenly overtakes me.
