No, so far, my mother has never admitted that she was abusive. I received a letter from my a sister aprox 6 weeks ago. She said that Fanny died last year and that Mamma would not give her the cause of death.... she said she was afraid to ask how Fanny died so we don't really know.
My sister also said that my mom wants to talk to me. I agreed to converse through the mail, but that's it for now, I just would not be able to stomach the sound of her voice at this point. So far I have not received any letter but I am bracing for it.

I admire your bravery so much and I can hardly fathom that you held on to such care for others when you yourself were so criminally treated. I have decided that all I can do is pray for the divine intervention of other children that you were given from that lady who left you books to read. God wrap his arms around you, I pray?
