I don't know if this has been asked before but I was looking up The Alchemists of Loom and saw that only the hardcover is available for preorder (B&N and Kindle). Is the ebook going to available for preordering closer to release or are we going to have to wait until sometime after the release?

Hi, Elise- another couple of questions :) 1) Where did you come up with the character names? They're really unique and I'm just curious about the origin. 2) In the books Vhalla is said to have dark brown hair but in the coverart it's light brown/blonde? 3) Do you ever go to anything like Geekycon or do appearances? I'd love to know how to get signed copies :)
