I really enjoy your books. I learn something new about a time in history every time I read them. I was just wondering, do you ever think that you will write one that will take place during one of the World Wars?

Elizabeth Camden Hi Allyson....I'd love to do either era, but there isn't anything on my calendar yet. My time period keeps creeping up. I started my early novels set in the 1870s, then a whole bunch in the 1890s, but my next book (releasing in February) is set in 1904, and my work-in-progress is 1908. It wouldn't surprise me if WWI might be in the mix soon!

I absolutely love Into the Whirlwind and all it's fantastic characters. Would you ever consider writing a sequel or even a spin-off so we can find out what happens to them all next, not just Elizabeth and Zack, but Declan and Sophie as well? - I actually think Sophie might be a really interesting protagonist for her own book, when she has grown up. And then we could get little glimpses into the lives of the others?
