I am afraid Ian dies in Go Tell the Bees That I am Gone! If you read Diana's book excerpt titled Jenny and Jamie, they say the rosary together and talk of Murtaugh and their parents, all of whom died and then Jenny talks of Ian Og and Ian Mor. We know Ian Mor, her husband is dead so the fact that she mentions Young Ian I think means he has also died.:(((( Plus he is not a character in any of her excerpts?
