Your characters are so realistic, but still easy to relate to. Your stories are so well thought out and beautiful. Why did you choose writing, where do you draw a lot of your inspiration, and how do you feel about the romance niche of your writing?

First, Brittany, thank you! What beautiful compliments. I'm flattered and smiled big time. lol.
I'm not sure I chose writing so much as writing chose me. I feel compelled to write, and I'm most at peace when I'm creating a story.
My inspiration comes from everywhere - from life, and listening to people, and seeing the world as it is rather than as I wish it could be. From that, I write stories correcting the wrongs I see.
Love, in my opinion, can do a lot of healing - individually and globally. So in whatever subject I cover, from a small town family conflict to human trafficking, I like to show the power of love.
I love the romance genre, but it sure is changing, and I'm not absolutely thrilled with all the changes - but I do accept them.

who picks out your cover photos for the re-release of Morgan, Gabe, etc? I don't care for them. thank heaven i already have most of the Buckhorn books. the new Morgan cover is a little creepy and there is nothing sexy about the Gabe that was picked. he looks like a little boy, 'course that's only my opinion. they are my fav series (connected books) so i guess i get a little possessive. thanks for your great writing
