This one I'm pretty confident in saying no. I'm not completely done with various characters and whatnot (such as the obvious tidbit thrown in at the very end of Chaos) but I purposefully had the ending battle of SD6 coincide with the opening of the first Half-Orcs books. They now flow together, and share a lot of characters. Right now, my distant plan is for the 9th HO book to reintroduce a lot of the remnants of the SD characters back into the overall storyline, but it won't be a pure SD book, but just a continuation of the Half-Orcs with some familiar faces.

Recently I've been reading your Shadowdance series, A Dance of Ghosts. I'm still waiting for six to emerge. But as I read the first few I had several question. Did you ever plan for Haern to develop 'relations' with someone? Like why not put him with Zusa? And why does it seem like Zusa is Bi? Does she like like Alyssa? Oh and (possible spoiler) ever gonna give Zusa an actual mate?
