General consensus is that book two (Crossed) is not very good. Personally, I like the trilogy and my favorite is book three (Reached), but if you didn't like Matched all that much you might not want to continue.

I've read all three, and the first is definitely the best, then the second, then the third. This is my opinion though, and your's might be completely different from mine.

Well, I read the first one and it was alright, despite the many similarities to the Giver. I tried to get into the second one, Crossed, but seriously, it was extremely boring for me so I did not move forward. If you have a similar reaction as I did, it is not worth it.
