Goodreads asked Jaime Grazio:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Jaime Grazio When I was writing this book, the words would flow best when I was on a plane. I knew that if I was flying, I needed to bring my laptop or make sure my phone was charged up to be able to write away. It was just this weird thing that happened. I don't know if I was just super bored on the flights and got lost in my thoughts so had to jot it all down or if it was the idea of having no real distractions to interfere with me tapping in to my creativity. I flew, A LOT, as you'll see when reading my book so I had a lot of opportunities to be in my "space." When I wasn't flying but had a sort of deadline to write by (I used to release a blog post every Sunday with a new chapter), I would shut off the tv, sit on the couch and dedicate myself to typing away. My advice would be to find your quiet spot, whether it's the home office, the park, a starbucks, wherever. Somewhere where you will be disinterested in what's going on around you and be able to truly hone in on what you're thinking, feeling and therefore, writing.
