I would like for people to…moreThe writing reminds me much of my own book, US copyright 2016 for the published edition : "These beans have too much salt". I would like for people to compare them. The culture is different between the novels, of course. Mine is about a fictional cult in Ferriday, Louisiana, similar to a Jim Jones cult and her's, a California cult, similar to Manson's. Family. They both have a narrator who is an "outsider", younger than 15 years old, both are flashbacks, thirty years later. The language and themes are very similar.
