Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

M.B. Robbins My ideas come from all over the place. White Stone was originally inspired by the ending of Ever by Gail Carson Levine, the story I'm planning was first an answer to a prompt in my college creative writing class, and I'm never more than a single quiet moment away from thinking about ways to update and retell my favorite fairy tales.
