Goodreads asked Stacey Reynolds:

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Stacey Reynolds Just do it. Don't do it because you want fame. Don't try to write based on a trend. Listen to the story that's in your heart and mind and do it. A lot of people wonder if they could ever write a book. Wondering doesn't get it written. I put off writing the first one for probably two years because I just wasn't there yet. I hadn't decided I could do it and manage my life at the same time. I was afraid it wouldn't be any good. Then I just said to myself, "This story in your head isn't going away. It's getting gas. If it's bugged you for this long, it's time to write it down. Even if it's just for you."
