I left it ambiguous. SHE says she didn't do it. And she might not have, it could have been an awful accident that she took advantage of to taunt him with. (Mistake!) OR, it could have been Gina doing her dirty work, even without her knowledge. I don't decide because each character has their own version of that truth.

Hi Rachel! Thanks so much for taking the time to answer so many questions! :) I'm wondering what is a reasonable amount of time to write in one day. I have a full-time job and 2 little kiddies. In order to write, I have to usually take time off from work. Is writing 8 hours in one day tenable? Or should I try to block out smaller chunks of time? Thanks so much--LOVE your work!
