As for your question, to be honest, I have absolutely no idea why Tate nicknamed Lauren "Ace." I don't think there's another nickname in my books that doesn't have some explanation, but that never did. Tate never gave that to me (or Lauren). To be honest, I always wondered about it too!
Though it's cute, and sweet, and very Tate. Hope you agree!

My question is: how do you find the names for all these awesome characters? Do they simply come to you? Are there people who fit the character so well you give them their name?
