Hi, Theresa -- my favorite pen name/time period changes according to what I'm writing at the moment! To paraphrase a song lyric, "I love the time I'm in." But by the time I've finished telling a store in one of my three worlds -- futuristic, historical or contemporary -- I'm ready for a change. Turns out that moving between those three names and three worlds refreshes me as an author. I do realize that not all of my readers will follow me into all three of those worlds. (By the way, watch for a real change of time/place in my next Amanda Quick, THE GIRL WHO KNEW TOO MUCH...)

I had heard that the supernatural/psychic element wouldn't be appearing in your Amanda Quick historicals anymore. Is that true? I loved that side of the Arcane Society and seeing them work within the Victorian world. There were what turned me into a regular historical romance reader.

I tried writing two books at the same time and about drove myself crazy trying to switch character POVs, time, place, etc., and I'm always in the present. How in the world you do handle switching your brain from historical to contemporary to futuristic? Please tell me you only work on one at a time. LOL
