asked:
What happened to maxim and the narrator after the fire? Where did they love? Which all servants were there? Was even a little bit of manderley left after the fire? (Honestly, I can't get over the ending. Is it just me or does anybody else feel like the last 60 pages of the book are missing???)

The answer to the question is in the opening chapter. They are abroad somewhere living in a hotel hungry for any news of England but trying to avoid any reference to Manderley or what happened.

It was a very abrupt ending, wasn't it? No info is given about the servants, but I like to think Mrs Danvers might have found a way to get Robert, Frith, Clarice and all the others out before striking a match to the place. I can't believe Mrs Danvers would have gone as far as wiping out all the last traces of her beloved Rebecca, by burning Manderley.
Anyway, Frank would have been off the property, with Jasper the dog, as Mrs deW had asked him to look after him.

The book doesn't say, but it is presumed that by the end it reverts back to the beginning, and that they are living in that hotel in another country.
The whole place burnt completely in the fire.
