How do you get inspired to write?

Carole T. Beers Early on, I was inspired by reading captivating books from libraries and school book-buying clubs, and listening to old radio dramas. Now, I am inspired by people, animals, places and life challenges, real or imagined. I want to know what happens, how things work out. If I come up with situations and people that interest me, I am inspired to write about them. Therefore I do so, a bit or a lot, almost daily. Inspiration is mostly perspiration, it's said.
