What are you currently working on?

Nick Reichert I am currently working on a book about real estate investing for beginners. I started investing in real estate 10 years ago with little formal training other than having read a few books. I found that most authors offer up strategies that are too complicated or too difficult for the average person to execute. I adopted a strategy that didn't require a lot of money up front and didn't entail taking on a lot of risk and that's basically what the book is about.
