I honestly can’t remember exactly. I believe it may have been something in the news that triggered the initial idea, but the story has changed and evolved so much since then that it’s difficult to pinpoint. That’s one of the many things I love about story telling. You can start one place and your characters take you in a completely different direction. It’s a fun ride!
