I'm obviously missing something here. I loved this book, but I can't figure out why it was called The 14th Colony. I understand that Berry is referring to Canada and mentions invasion scenerios from a historical perspective, but the book is not about a US attempt to invade/annex Canada. The old Soviets in the book just want to take the US down. So why the title?
