Diana asked this question about The Dark Prophecy (The Trials of Apollo, #2):
Is anyone else hoping more than anything that Reyna becomes one of the main characters not only for this book but the rest of the series? I mean, come on, the girl is beyond awesome! Yeah, she's a prayer or and has responsibilities in New Rome, but hey you never know!
Scarlet Pheonix Definitely! Reyna deserves (at least) be the main character of a series, especially after Venus/Aphrodite told her that " Her heart will never be heal…moreDefinitely! Reyna deserves (at least) be the main character of a series, especially after Venus/Aphrodite told her that " Her heart will never be healed by a demigod" This might be the start of a new series! Reyna could find her true love - with a price of course. But, the price could just be her letting go of her responsibilities and "duty" in New Rome! I totally agree with CP's answer: She should definitely fall in love with Apollo (as the only people that can heal her heart are either gods or mortals). Though would their personalities suit each other? One is bound for duty and protection of New Rome, and the other is egotistic, self-absorbed, and has practically no regard for anyone except for himself. ALTHOUGH I believe Apollo is changing, through the circumstances, and that I actually believe (very high hopes) that he will finally become a good person, god or no. While reading the series, I was hoping that Apollo would fall for Meg, they definitely care about each other a lot!

As a conclusion to my mega-long paragraph (apology to the readers), I definitely hope that Reyna will appear in this series and hopefully a series for herself too! I am also rather (really) excited for the new book of the Trials of Apollo series called the Tower of Nero. It was just released 2 months ago in October! If you like Rick Riordan's books and is looking for reviews on Percy Jackson, Heros of Olympus, Kane Chronicles and Trials of Apollo you're welcome to visit my page!

Scarlet :)

P.S I have finished reading the Dark Prophecy and if anyone knows how to find the other books of the series, please contact me! :) (less)
