Whenever I feel like I can't write anything worthwhile, or all my ideas dry up, I just bull through whatever scene I'm stuck at (enduring all my cringes and flinches at my own writing), and edit later. This helps me get that stupidly stubborn scene out of the way, and I can prevent any drop in the quality of my writing.
