What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Amy Difar Bringing stories to life that can entertain people is awesome. My first husband was very ill before he died, and the things such as television, books and movies that were able to take him away from the pain and the worry are things I now cherish. I don't think we can overstate the importance of that in people's lives, and when someone tells me that they enjoyed something I wrote, it makes it all worthwhile.
