A friend tried the audio version of this book and said the narrator was so bad she returned it unfinished. Anyone else listened? Any thoughts? I do not do the audio books so have no opinion.

He has done the Prey series for years and he captures the tone and mood that Sandford is looking for. He has done a tremendous job on voice acting and I think that your friend is flat out wrong. Of course it varies from listener to listener and if your friend does not like the audiobook, then he/she can read the physical book and enjoy the well written/plot of Extreme Prey. I hope this helps. One last thing, Richard Ferrone (audio book narrator) sounds a little like the narrator from forensic files - which I love. (less)
