I absolutely loved Where the Trees Were. I do hope you write the sequel (or two).. Such an amazing story. I also loved " Nest"..and related to the situation very intensely. Have you considered sequels?

Hi Lesley,
Thanks for the question, and I'm glad you enjoyed NEST and WHERE THE TREES WERE. I don't think I'm a sequels kind of writer, I'm afraid. I'm always moving on to a new world as I leave each book. And I like to leave a story not quite tied up, continuing on in the reader's imagination, if that makes any sense? I'm sure I will return to similar territory though. And my next book, although nonfiction, is very much set in the same world as NEST.
