Now you live in Croatia, do you find it difficult writing about the UK. Is it like writing about a foreign country?

Hi Clare, thanks for your question. I don't live in Croatia, I live in Slovakia. I grew up in the UK and only moved away a few years ago. I still have friends and family in the UK and I watch lots of UK television, so it will always be my home, and I feel connected enough so I can write about life in the UK as if I still lived there.

Don't know if I have a question - just wanted you to know that I loved "The Girl in the Ice". I did leave a review and gave it a 5 star rating. Really enjoyed this read. Never read the "Coco Pinchard" series books, but as I enjoy your writing so much, I will try them out. Can't wait to read about DCI Erika Foster again in your next book in the series. Hope to see more crime thriller books from you?

I have read the 2 DCI Foster thrillers and have enjoyed them very much. I look forward to the next one in the series. I wonder why you live in Slovakia? I liked that you include Erika's sister and a bit of background of Erika being from there. Will you include more about Slovakia in future books? I love to learn about unfamiliar places.
