I am loving your newest series "Midnight Texas". There are so many interesting characters. Where do you find inspiration for your quirky characters?

Luckily for me, so far the characters just seem to flow to fill the function I need to make the story move along. I enjoy creating people who interest me, and I hope they will also interest the reader.

I saw where Mid-Night Texas was renewed and was so glad to see/hear that. Will there be more books maybe? I am a fan...I loved the Snookie Stackhouse books and the Aurora Teagarden's as well. I have enjoyed Hallmark's take on the Teagarden mysteries. I wasn't a fan of True Blood, I felt the books were great and why couldn't they stick with story line.

Hi Mrs. Harris. I am an avid fan, have read almost all of your books. I noticed an answer to a recent question about the Midnight series, "I'm so glad you enjoyed the books, but my publisher has not asked me for another one.". I have a dream of writing, plan on doing so; but don't you have those little twinges that make you want to write about those wonderful characters with or without request?

Just wanted to say I loved the second Gunnie Rose book and can't wait to see where she goes in the third, maybe the Russian empire?! Great characters, thank you and also loved the Harper Connelly and Midnight series, but I think the tv show didn't translate well from the books feels.
