Choose the publishers you would like to get books from, click on the books that you would like to read, and eventually, sooner than later, you will get an ARC. Used to be that you could get a hard copy, but most are sent out as eBooks now. You will be expected to write a review on netgalley after you have finished the book. It's a great way to get a feel for new authors, or read a book ahead of its being published.(Some publishers want you to have a reading blog first, so they are kind of picky).(less)
