Sebastien de Castell While I can see how that would make perfect sense, my favourite series is definitely the Vlad Taltos series. It was Jhereg that got me into reading fantasy in the first place, in fact. As to my favourite title, that's a tough choice. I think Yendi might be on the money, though--I loved the introduction of Cawti and Norathar. In some ways, though, choosing Yendi is not really fair to Brust because his writing continues to grow and expand, so I think here I'm letting nostalgia overwhelm the fact that his recent books are even stronger than my early favourites.
