If you had not been so successful as a writer, would you have given up writing and maybe pursue nursing? I guess Ive always wanted to know if writers would continue to write if nothing they have written was published. Thanks for your time but more importantly a way to escape!

Robyn Carr I guess the answer is evident in my history -- I sold my first book in '78 and had my first best seller in 2008, and those 30 years includes an 8 year spell of not selling a word. Yet I wrote and wrote and wrote because it was the writing, the creating of stories and characters, that drove me. If I didn't love writing, I would have quite years ago!
