I am halfway thru this book and still cannot get a 'grip' on the ages of Connie (okay deceased now), Rose and Enigma. Enigma is a grandma and Connie & Rose are her stepmothers???? ... guess I just wasn't concentrating enough in the beginning during character development???

Rose I drew a family tree to get it straight.

Michele I wish I could have had a copy. I just gave up on the book. Did the story ever go anywhere??
