It has mini series within, whic…moreVery late to the party but if you're still looking for similar I've really enjoyed reading Bethany-Kris' mob series... It has mini series within, which are categorised by location (Chicago, New York & Canada). I've found that for most of the females throughout the whole series, I've not got annoyed with by because they don't follow the usual damsel in distress storyline, there's obviously still a little of that element, where they're in a difficult situation and the guy somehow is able to help, but it's not the only aspect of their character :)(less)
