Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Meda White I got the idea for the opening scene in Play With My Heart from doing a construction project with my Hubba-luv. We watch way too much HGTV, and are generally working on or planning the next renovation. Now that The Lady Cave, a.k.a. my writing cave, is complete, we're working on The Man Cave.

For Liz & Ian's story, I set it up so the first time he lays eyes on her, she's happily doing demolition, the best part of any project, in my humble opinion. They are from different backgrounds so his curiosity is piqued. And her legs aren't bad either. From there, the characters told me the story.
